Hi Sdfg D, first off no one else causes you stress, you allow others to say or do things that you later stress over.
Some of the things I found helpful were…..first, read the book The Four Agreements. It’s a simple book that helps one realize that what other people do is their problem, not our own.
Then use meditation daily, it helps the body learn to deal with stress much more efficiently.
Another excellent method is EFT (emotional freedom technique) that you can google and learn to do…..This technique can be applied anywhere, anytime so you could use it when ever you are around someone that is causing you to feel stressed.
