Where can I go shopping for jewelry (real gold not fake) in hong kong?
Are stores in the center okay?
I am only staying there for a day so I don’t have a lot of time to look around.

Hong Kong duty free airport has a bunch of jewellery shops in there terminals so you can shop when you return to get the plane.
